Bicycles: Riders must be 16 years or older. Parental/guardian consent is required if under 18. Riders must wear helmets and follow all traffic rules.
Motorbikes: Riders must be 18 years or older with a valid motorbike licence. Helmets and proper safety gear are required.
Vehicles (cars, vans, etc.): Drivers must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s licence and insurance for the vehicle used for deliveries.
Must have a working phone with WhatsApp access.
Professional Conduct: All riders/drivers must handle deliveries responsibly, respect customers, and represent Xpressor and partner stores well.
Reliability & Safety: Deliveries must be timely, handled carefully, and all traffic laws must be observed.
